will certainly stay here again
Room was super spacious with a comfy bed and a breathtaking bay view. Enjoyed the private check-in and access to the executive lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks all day. The spa facilities were top-notch, and the housekeeping kept everything spotless. Loved the variety of food options, especially the delicious a la cart dinners!

The entertainment staff really made the trip enjoyable with activities like karaoke and movie nights. Check-in took a long time. The beach club had great views, but the food options could use more variety.

Couple's retreat with some drawbacks
The staff was incredibly attentive at the Mediterranean restaurant,, they accommodated us for breakfast without a reservation,. Really appreciated the hostess,, tall lady with long black hair, very kind. Also, Joel at the beach was a standout,, he drew a picture on the towel for my birthday. Seriously, who does that?.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive,, but for the service we got, pretty acceptable.

Had a wonderful time at Hyatt Vivid Grand Island! The welcome cocktail was a nice touch upon arrival. Smooth check-in with Roberto, who got us on the same floor for our three rooms, made things easier. Breakfast had a fantastic variety. loved the amazing sausage! Restaurants served tasty food, and the evening activities had great music, but the sound didn’t disturb our rooms. Staff were friendly and always helpful, ensuring our rooms got cleaned daily. The whole facility stayed neat and tidy. Felt like an all-inclusive paradise. A couple of minor things to note, the beach required a bus ride, which was a slight inconvenience. Also, some food choices could be improved for more variety. Overall, these didn’t take away from our stay. Would definitely come back to this vibrant resort.
